Uprity offers a 14-day free trial at no cost. No payment method is required to start your trial, and you will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.
Depending on your billing country and the offer shown at checkout, purchases may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record or by Razorpay as payment processor. The provider displayed at checkout and on your receipt governs payment processing and provider-specific buyer support.
“Paddle”, “Paddle.net”, or “Razorpay” may appear on your card statement or bank record, depending on the provider used for your purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your payment. This 14-day refund window applies to your first payment on a new subscription and to one-time purchases. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside Uprity. For purchases processed by Paddle, you may also use Paddle’s buyer portal at paddle.net.
On cancellation, your subscription will not renew. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account is downgraded and your data is retained for 30 days before automatic deletion.
For Paddle purchases, refund requests are handled in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms.
The checkout shows whether displayed prices include or exclude applicable taxes. Paddle or Razorpay processes taxes and billing information according to the provider, transaction, and applicable law; review the final checkout total before paying.
Please contact billing@uprity.com or the payment provider identified on your receipt before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be investigated.
